- Work performed on-site is warrantied for 30 days.
- Work performed in our shop is warrantied for 90 days.
- Parts, hardware, and software carry manufacturer’s warranty.
- Virus, spyware, and malware removal is covered for 1 day after return of computer (NO ONE can guarantee that a computer will never catch a virus. Also, CCS has no way of knowing who used the computer for what once it has been returned).
- Warranty does not cover miss-use, abuse, or damage caused by client, whether intentional or otherwise.
